Drive revenue growth for the Industrial business segment across India. Identify, develop, and convert new customers within the Industrial Machinery market, General Distribution, Process Markets Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and end users. Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet technical and commercial requirements. Conduct application analysis, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities. Develop and execute territory and account growth plans to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with regional sales teams, channel partners, and product management teams to expand market penetration. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industrial automation and machinery sectors. Support customers during project development, specification, implementation, and commissioning phases. Prepare technical and commercial proposals and participate in negotiations to secure business. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and market intelligence. Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer events to promote company solutions. Strong understanding of industrial machinery, automation systems, motion control, drives, sensors, and related technologies. Proven track record in acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
