Receive and unload incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies. Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists. Transfer raw materials and components from original packaging (such as cardboard boxes) into standardized totes in the receiving area, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company procedures. Perform incoming quality inspections of purchased parts, materials, and finished products using appropriate tools and techniques (visual checks, measurements, documentation review) according to defined criteria, any supplier NCRs and WIKA quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in ERP and Quality Management Systems. Identify and segregate non-conforming materials. Partner with internal teams (QA, RMA, Parts, and other departments) to solve problems related to receiving and quality issues. Communicate with supply chain department and internal customer regarding Expedites and Stock-outs. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move and store goods. Maintain a clean and organized receiving and inspection area. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material handling and quality processes by participating in 5S activities, maintaining SQDC daily reports and other required activities.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or manufacturing preferred. Valid state issues Driver’s License required. 2–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or quality inspection in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working with an ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) systems is a plus Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Minimum of a basic ability to read mechanical drawings (knowledge of GD&T is a plus). Proficient in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Ability to earn a WIKA forklift certification and demonstrated safe operation experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
