Participate in the development of new and complex thermal mass flow sensor technology Selection, development and qualification of novel manufacturing methods of thermal mass flow sensors under consideration of economic, technical and safety factors Independent development of solutions for rapid prototyping and mass production as well as collaboration with in- and external partners Selection and procurement of process equipment including definition of requirements, technical and economic analysis, project support and release Assessment and optimization of processes using appropriate methods such as CIP and RCA in case of disruptions according to Kaizen and Six-Sigma values Observation of technological developments and evaluation of their applicability
5-year university engineering degree or comparable qualifications and experience in similar position desirable In-depth knowledge and practical experience in high-precision mechanical manufacturing methods, preferably in micro-coil winding and handling Independent, proactive working style with high commitment and motivation Thrive when working on complex problems in interdisciplinary teams Strong proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in German, both written and spoken
