The primary responsibility of the Junior Project Manager is coordinating Customers, Mensor engineering, and Mensor Sales department on development, research, delivery, and lifecycle of specific customer solutions. This will involve customized solutions as well as large-scale standard product orders. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Scope and objectives are defined. Plans, timelines, resource allocation, and status need to be developed. Compliance: Project activities must comply with company quality standards and follow existing project procedures. Risk Management: Keep track of potential risks to project objectives, budget and timeline. Communication and Reporting: Works closely with the Director of Engineering and Director of Sales to review status and change project plans. Keeps project documents updated. Project Launch: Responsible for the Product Launch Authorization (release of product to production status), including coordination with the Director of Operations. General Responsibilities Works with various departments to implement manufacturing and design changes from projects. Maintain knowledge of future projects to help coordinate maximum engineering efficiency. Learns and becomes familiar with Mensor’s core competencies. Supports, maintains and participates in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives. Supports the corporate and department goals. Performs other duties as requested by the Director of Marketing and Product Management.

Due to the requirements of the projects supported by this role, only U.S. Citizens are eligible for consideration. Engineering related experience preferred. Project management experience is a plus. Familiarity with the following. Microsoft Office products Project management software - particularly Microsoft Project General electronics General mechanical components General electro mechanical components Machining processes Software development Ideally, International regulations (ITAR, CE, etc.) Must be capable of working with minimal supervision. Must be capable of maintaining order in documentation. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information.
