Accountable for the business model EPC and responsible for all Contractor/Project business regarding revenue, strategy & transfer of the strategy within his customers Responsible for opportunities funnel, pipeline, hit rate ratio, profitability and revenue on customer level Realizes and monitors annual sales and margin objectives and increases sales in the EPCCreates a "Value Selling" approach Implements GPB agreed tools (Prep-tool, etc.) and processes (Trophy projects, authorization matrix, etc.) Optimizes the communication and the workflow with the PMO Europe Supports and cooperates in the reorganization (centralization) between sub region Sales and the PMO Europe Catalyzes specification, vendor listing and other activities to expand market share in his customers Creates and maintain relations at all levels and departments of customer’s organization, from spec-in (feed) engineering dept. purchasing, project management to administration

Technical degree and English fluent High written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building resilient working relationships across the WIKA world Skilled in time management, showing ability to manage multiple aspects of the business simultaneously Confident and able to make decisions which influence and improve customer
