Should have good experience in Handling OEM business with Min 15- 20 Years of experience Should have good experience in handling Industrial| Instrumentation OEM like Compressors | CNG| Power generation & distribution| HVAC etc. Should be good team player and handling a team of 15-20 sales engineers Manage OEM engagements to design strategies to acquire more business deals Strong Team Leader Motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve the company's goals Collaborative & Coaching Skills. Good knowledge about Instrumentation products. Responsible for Driving OEM Order Booking and sales in India Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customers and improve profit and increase revenues Administer entire sales process, identify target customers, push sales and complete sale process to manage OEM Sales. Manage pricing, deal pricing and other sales proposal activities and provide support to marketing department. Analyze industry trends and competitors to create sales strategies Should have good Presentation and Negotiations Skills

Instrumentation or Electrical Engineer with 15-20 Years of Experience in Handling OEM| End user Accounts Experience in Handling Instrumentation or Power Distribution Products Should have handled a business of Min 15-200 Cr primarily through OEMs
