The Production Team Leader will take on additional responsibilities outside of their current job role to ensure      smooth operation of the department and spread the administration and scheduling workload between resources. The role will be multifunctional as workload demands and flexibility within tasks is essential to maximise the business  performance. Attend the weekly Works Order Review meeting. Monitor priority orders and manage workload between the rest of the ETM team. Advise Production Supervisor of any issues regarding BOMs, Routes and general works order enquiries. Track late works orders and update Production Supervisor of their current status and new delivery date, before  weekly ETM Production meeting. Assist with final inspection and swap in process to cover when Production Supervisor is away. Monitor, review, and ensure all production processes are running efficiently. Bring to the Production Supervisors attention any shortage of workshop consumables.  Ensure workshop is regularly tidied and 5S highlights are addressed.  Work with the Management Team, Production Team Leader and team on any other projects and assignments as required.

Must be organised and skilled in time management, able to effectively prioritise, multi-task and manage workloads. Attention to detail and strong communication skills. Must have food computer skills.
