To check all paperwork for accuracy and book incoming goods onto ERP system. To carry out inspections where necessary on incoming goods. To ensure all paperwork is scanned in correctly and correctly attached to ERP system. To ensure courier software is up to date and addresses are maintained correctly. To load and unload deliveries and collections. To locate stock from those deliveries into the correct specified locations. To accurately pick goods for despatch in line with on-time delivery (OTD) schedule. To pack goods for despatch in line with Company procedure, work instructions and to customer requirements. To keep the warehouse and packing room areas clean and tidy at all times. Calculate and provide an accurate packing specification for boxed and unboxed items, order suitably sized crates, ensuring that they are marked up in accordance with customer specifications. Provide support with external inspectors visits for contractor business. To follow the Company’s Health and Safety Policy at all times. Carry out stock checks as required and ensure stock is updated in D365 and will pass audit requirements. To assist in other tasks that may be required from time to time as requested by Supervisory staff or Management to ensure the smooth operation of the department or Company as a co-ordinated and efficient unit.

Have experience within a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Have a good eye for detail and Quality inspection. Have a general knowledge of basic machine operation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as Outlook, essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferable, however training will be provided. Forklift licence would be an advantage, however not essential. Must have a positive can-do attitude as part of a small team, be enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoy the opportunity to use own initiative. Be literate with effective communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to communicate confidently. Be able to multitask and work to deadlines. Working hours of 16 hours per week as a temporary to permanent role, salary dependent on experience.
