Operates production calibration equipment. Assists in troubleshooting production calibration equipment. Performs changeovers and adjustments. Makes adjustments as necessary to produce product within specified accuracy. Rejects non calibratable product. Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and special instructions (SIs). Completes daily production logs. Performs preventive maintenance (PMs) on calibration equipment. Communicates with operators from other shifts. Cleans and maintains work area. (5S) Assists mechanics and machinists in repair work Provides on-the-job training to new employees

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required. The ability to stand for long periods up to eight or more hours at a time Able to work in noisy environment. Good eyesight (eyesight correction acceptable). Be able to work overtime if required.  (including weekends) Reach 100% of required output with 100% quality for the product family of the home cell Be able to set up calibration equipment for all ranges within home cell Reach 70% of required output with 100% quality for 2 cells other than home cell
