Accurately enter sales orders per customer purchase orders and sales department quotes. Proof-read orders and communicate any errors or discrepancies to the originator. Contact customers regarding order status and delivery. Follow-up with customers after order shipment. Provide customer feedback to associated customer, account or regional manager. Help customers with general questions regarding the return of products for service. Be proficient at using corporate EPR system (AX) for quotes, orders, and customer notes. Communicate with customers and sales agents on a regular basis via email, and/or telephone. Communicate with manufacturing and other departments as needed to perform duties. Provide back-up to other department team members in preparing quotations.

High School Diploma and a minimum of three years’ equivalent work experience. Good understanding and experience using Microsoft Office products and email. Good telephone and communication skills. Good mathematical skills. Ability to learn how precision pressure instruments operate. Preferred General understanding of pressure technology. Experience working with international customers. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations ERP System.
