Develops and implements account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by the Director Distribution. Delivers counter measures where necessary. Provide transparency between Partner and direct WIKA sales, to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain for the final customer. Responsible for the positive development, within the assigned area in the business model Distribution regarding revenue, strategy & execution of the strategy defined by the Director Distribution. Collaborate with other business models to ensure high customer satisfaction and WIKA wins. Provides professional and exceptional customer service in all interactions with Partners. Manage Distribution Partner Network, including regular reviews, using the business plans to facilitate and drive improvement. Follow the Distribution policy for North Europe with clear price structure to optimize profitability and minimize conflicts between partners and others business model. Build and maintain relationship with top decision maker within our Partner Network. Identifies and generates new business opportunities to fill the gap (product or market) within the Partner network, in accordance with the overall strategy of the Director Distribution North Europe. Responsible for CRM maintenance: opportunities funnel, hit ratio, profitability & monthly forecasts. Leads 'easy to deal with' optimisation in consultation with the Partner and the WIKA supply Chain.  Understands and implements best practice for Contracting, procurement, e-commerce, service offerings & asset value.  Work with the Director Distribution for North Europe on other projects and assignments where appropriate.

Must be experienced in working and dealing with key distributors and be confident in holding regular business reviews. Fluent language in English and Danish required; Swedish and Norwegian languages, preferable. Must be customer orientated and able to deal with and provide conflict resolution. Relationship management is essential, for both internal and external customer base. Able to travel across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland on a regular basis. A technical background is ideal, but not essential.
