The primary responsibility of the Inventory Clerk is the coordination of shipping and receiving goods, proper maintenance and control of related paperwork and files. Coordinate and provide labor for all necessary packing of merchandise required by the Company. Responsible for making certain quantity shipped is noted on packing slips, sales orders and back orders, if any. Verify quantity and part number or description of merchandise coming into Mensor from all vendors and customers. Check merchandise against purchase order numbers. Responsible for maintaining Shipping and Receiving department files. Ensure pick up of all shipments completed that day. Empty trash and cardboard bin at the end of day. Responsible for maintaining and improving 5S standards of workplace organization and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, projects and events. Perform other Purchasing and IC related duties as requested by Purchasing and IC Manager; examples are but not limited to: back up support for inventory, area maintenance, and keeping up with the area's general inventory and shop supply.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities High school diploma or equivalent. One to six months experience. Must be experienced with computers. Must be familiar with mechanical and electronic counting and weighing equipment.
