Technical sales and support for WIKA’s entire product range. Generation of quotations and supporting documents as required using the Company ERP/CRM system. Qualification of enquiries via telephone, email or Livechat as required, working with the Area Sales Managers as necessary Work with the Internal Sales Manager; Area Sales Manager and Product Sales Specialists to maximise opportunities, be effective and operate in the most efficient way to retain all current business and to win new business. Management of Activities, Opportunities and all customer touch points via the Company CRM system. Demonstrate proactive communication to our customers to capitalise on all opportunities. Respond in a professional and technically competent manner to customer enquiries within the time frame expected by the enquirer and in accordance to the WIKA Sales Charter. Responsible for quoting nominated key accounts accurately and professionally within an agreed time frame. Be aware of both individual and departmental expected standards, objectives, targets and commitments of the WIKA Sales Charter and ensure they are maintained at all times. Ensure robust quotation follow-ups are carried out according to Area, Division and Company Dashboard targets and log details of the follow ups in the Activity fields in the Company CRM System. Demonstrate a proactive process to develop business within your sales area. Take complete ownership of the sales process from opportunity through to delivery of the goods. Negotiate suitable purchase pricing and delivery times to maximise margin and meet customer expectations to win new business. Keep all negotiation records on our ERP/CRM and ensure these are communicated to the team members. Ensure orders are processed correctly, within the agreed time frame and in accordance with the Company’s procedures, WIKA Sales Charter and work instructions. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process, including Kaizen activities and commitment to the WIKA Sales Charter. Travel to any of the WIKA offices as and when required for meetings, training and/or any other business related topics that require your attendance. Work with the Internal Sales Manager & Management Team on other projects and assignments where appropriate.

Must be technically minded with experience in a technical sales discipline – the sales part is crucial to the success of this role as there will be a lot of qualification of enquiries and leads with customers. A mechanical engineering background is ideal but not critical. Must have experience working either face to face or over the telephone with customers within an office environment. Process Instrumentation industry experience and knowledge is advantageous. A technical ‘degree level’ qualification would be advantageous. Knowledge of, and ability to use, a CRM / ERP system. Good competent knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes. Must have a high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with both internal and external customers and suppliers. Must be fluent in Danish and possess strong business-level English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Must be able to effectively prioritise and manage workloads.
