In this role, you will work on innovative embedded products where reliability, performance, and safety are critical. You'll collaborate with experts from software, hardware, and testing disciplines while influencing product architecture and development standards. Your Responsibilities  As an Embedded Firmware Developer, you will: Design, develop, and optimize embedded software in C++ Implement and maintain applications running on Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) Participate in software architecture design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance Analyze and refine system requirements with a strong focus on functional safety (IEC 61508, IEC 13849) Perform static code analysis, unit testing, and advanced debugging activities Drive software quality improvements through CI/CD and DevOps practices Collaborate closely with hardware, system testing, and commissioning teams Contribute to the development of safety-critical industrial products used worldwide

What Makes You Successful? We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for engineering excellence.  Required Qualifications  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Several years of professional experience in embedded firmware development Experience in object-oriented programming using C++ in embedded systems Hands-on experience with RTOS-based applications Strong understanding of software architecture and clean code principles Experience with industrial communication protocols (CANopen, IO-Link, HART) Experience with software quality assurance, code reviews, testing, and debugging Practical experience with CI/CD environments and modern development workflows Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams Fluent English enabling effective daily communication in an international environment Nice to Have Knowledge of functional safety standards, particularly IEC 61508, IEC 13849 Experience developing software for safety-critical systems Why Join Us?
