Export Documentation Expertise Ability to prepare documents like Draft BL, COO, E-way bills, vendor creation documents, and project-specific export documents. Accuracy in verifying and reconciling documents with CHA, freight forwarders, and dispatch teams. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Efficient coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, dispatch teams, accounts, and nominated FFs. Strong communication skills to ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution. Strong understanding of export–import processes. Knowledge of vessel schedules, cut-off timelines, ICD operations, stuffing/handovers, and container movements. Familiarity with Incoterms, freight coordination, and multimodal transport.
