Maintain comprehensive records for each project, including specifications, customer requirements, approvals, and certifications. Coordinate the preparation of product certification, such as material certificates, inspection reports, and compliance documents, especially for export requirements. Oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any specific documents required by foreign customers or regulations. Ensure timely dispatch of products to international customers while adhering to customs regulations and export rules. Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on project status, challenges, and successes, for both the internal team and customers.
