Process Ownership Own and manage end-to-end SCM processes in D365: Procurement & sourcing Inventory management Warehouse management Production / Planning (basic exposure) Ensure standardization of processes across plants Implementation & Rollout Support Participate in D365 implementation / rollout activities: Requirement gathering (FRD preparation) Fit-gap analysis Configuration validation UAT support Work closely with consultants and internal teams during Go-Live & stabilization Business Process Alignment Map manufacturing processes to D365 system functionality Identify gaps vs. AX / legacy system and propose improvements Ensure system usage aligns with defined SOPs and audit requirements Issue Resolution & Support Act as functional SPOC for SCM-related issues Perform: Root cause analysis (RCA) Incident resolution / coordination with technical team Ensure minimal business disruption Data & Compliance Ensure quality of master data: Items, vendors, warehouses, BOM-related data Drive compliance with: GST / statutory requirements (India-specific processes) Internal audit controls Training & User Adoption Conduct user training sessions for business teams Create SOPs, process documents, and training materials Ensure strong adoption of D365 processes across departments Continuous Improvement Identify automation opportunities and process optimization areas Work on enhancements, change requests, and system improvements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O will be an added advantage
