Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy aligned with WIKA’s organizational objectives. Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitive trends, and regulatory or industry-specific requirements. Build, track, and maintain a structured growth pipeline. Identify, pursue, and develop strategic, long-term relationships with potential customers, partners, and influencers across assigned industries. Support new customer acquisition and account penetration through targeted outreach and engagement. Lead insightful discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and position compelling, value-based solutions. Represent WIKA at relevant industry events, conferences and trade shows. Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant applications, industry standards, and solution requirements. Provide technical and commercial guidance to internal teams, distributors, and customers. Support solution configuration, application suitability, and product selection with accurate, customer focused recommendations. Deliver engaging training sessions on application topics and value propositions. Translate strategy into actionable, well-structured go-to-market plans. Develop segment specific value propositions, case studies, and clear, persuasive application guidance. Support proposal development, technical alignment, and commercial discussions. Where applicable, may participate in early project design influence, specification development, or vendor approval processes. Prepare and deliver commercial proposals aligned with customer and project needs. Support pricing strategy, business case development, and commercial negotiations. Drive opportunities from initial pursuit through award and transition to execution. Ensure alignment with financial targets, including meaningful, sustained revenue growth and margin performance. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Sales to deliver customer aligned solutions. Support field sales teams with opportunity strategy, application knowledge, and customer-facing expertise. Provide valuable, market-driven internal feedback on market requirements, technology trends, and product gaps. Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical/scientific field. 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or market strategy within industries relevant to the assigned market segment. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively. Demonstrated history of consistent new business generation and relationship development. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to travel 60-80% or as required by the market. Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex challenges. Effective relationship builder across technical, commercial, and operational levels.
