Event Management Develop and execute a comprehensive annual event calendar aligned with business objectives, target industries, and market expansion goals Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, customer workshops, and product launches Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth design and fabrication, venue coordination, registration, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up Coordinate pre-event marketing activities including invitations, teaser campaigns, social media promotions, and media outreach Conduct post-event analysis including lead tracking, ROI measurement, attendee engagement reports, and insights for future events Manage event budgets, negotiate with event organizers and venues, and ensure cost-effective execution Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, industry associations, media partners, and key stakeholders Coordinate executive participation including travel, accommodation, speaking slots, and VIP customer meetings during events Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all event touchpoints Stay updated on industry event trends, competitor participation, and emerging event formats Vendor Coordination Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for event management, booth fabrication, printing, branding, digital marketing, PR, and other marketing services Negotiate contracts, pricing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and delivery timelines with vendors Manage vendor relationships including regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and corrective action plans Coordinate with multiple vendors simultaneously to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events Develop and maintain a vendor database with performance metrics, contact information, and rate cards Ensure all vendor deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and financial documentation in coordination with the finance team Proactively resolve vendor-related issues, escalations, and conflicts to maintain project timelines Conduct periodic vendor audits to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality benchmarks Source new vendors as needed to support evolving marketing and event requirements Marketing Support Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels Create and manage content for LinkedIn, company website, email newsletters, and other digital platforms Coordinate the development of marketing collateral including brochures, product catalogs, technical datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and presentation decks Support product launch initiatives including launch planning, communication materials, internal enablement, and market activation Assist in managing media relations, press releases, and industry publications Coordinate with external agencies for creative design, content development, and digital marketing execution Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives Maintain marketing inventory including branded merchandise, promotional materials, and display units Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications
Minimum 7 years of overall marketing experience Minimum of 4-5 years of mandatory experience in engineering Proven track record of managing trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events independently Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder coordination Strong exposure to digital marketing channels, and campaign management, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B technology sectors
