Participate in a structured development program incorporating classroom training, hands-on learning, field exposure, and cross functional shadowing. Support sales and engineering tasks under guidance, including testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer visits. Gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and applications across electromechanical and instrumentation disciplines. Collaborate with teams in manufacturing, service, product development, operations, customer support, and sales. Shadow experienced engineers and technical sales specialists across multiple U.S. locations as needed. Assist in root cause investigations, field service, and customer application needs. Contribute to continuous learning by asking questions, engaging in problem-solving, and proactively seeking understanding of systems and processes.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field Basic understanding of electrical, electromechanical, or instrumentation principles. Familiarity with measurement devices, sensors, or control systems is helpful but not required. Strong analytical thinking with a willingness to ask questions and learn. Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and cross functional teams. Adaptable and comfortable rotating across different functions and locations. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
