Manage and grow sales in the assigned region in line with agreed targets. Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, needs analysis, and tailored solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increase market share in strategically important segments, and develop new accounts through lead generation, networking, and market research. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that address customer challenges. Take ownership of sales opportunities, quotations, follow-up, pricing, and contract terms in alignment with company policies and market conditions. Understand customers’ business, market situation, and future plans while monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, actively participate in relevant company meetings, and ensure timely follow-up to support a seamless customer experience. Structure the working day effectively to maximise selling time and customer contact. Represent WIKA Instruments professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility

Ambitious, committed, and self-motivated, with a strong drive to deliver results and achieve agreed targets. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of process instrumentation. Solid understanding of the process industry and process applications, with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate solutions clearly and convincingly. Proactive and sales-oriented approach, with a strong ability to identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities. A valid driving licence is required. Strong organisational and IT skills, including experience with CRM systems. Proven successful sales experience within a relevant technical or engineering-related field. A relevant higher education qualification in a technical, mechanical, or electrical field is an advantage. Must be fluent in Danish and possess strong business-level English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
