Be responsible for the individual sales area performance compared with the agreed sales targets and KPIs Actively develop a strategic focus on developing new business in the area of responsibility utilising modern tools and establishing future potential. This is all to be recorded in the CRM system. Development of new accounts to increase market share in all strategically important market segments, and all products and services. Requirement to develop listing status in our end user accounts to support direct supply and supply through EPC/Package vendor channels. Focus on developing new OEM customers, specifying WIKA within their packaged, and where possible embedding the WIKA solution so it is difficult for competition to attack. Take full ownership and management of the leads, campaigns, opportunity and quote follow up processes for your area. Understand the business, market and future development plans of the main potential and existing accounts. Potential is to be updated and maintained via the CRM system. Use the company ERP/CRM systems for all appointments, activities and customer reports whilst keeping the records up to date. Actively participate in all required company meetings and follow through all actions within the agreed time scales. Be responsible for margin management and price agreements where necessary. This should be done in conjunction with the dedicated ISE for the sales area. Represent WIKA Instruments and it’s company culture in a professional, credible and sincere manner. Customer centricity is critical to success in this role. To work with the Senior Leadership Team on other projects and assignments where appropriate.

Proven track record of technical sales within instrumentation, process automation or similar industrial sectors Strong business development mindset with a hunter mentality Excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter Technical qualification (degree/HNC/HND) is desirable Ambitious and eager to learn, develop, and progress within a technical sales environment Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, opportunities, customer data, and sales activities Full, valid UK driver’s licence required
