Master's degree in software development or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in mobile development Proficiency in C#, the .NET framework, and MAUI (or Xamarin with willingness to transition) Good knowledge of Git and development workflows Experience with Azure DevOps (Backlogs, Boards, Repos, Pipelines) Attention to quality, rigor, autonomy, and ability to generate ideas Team spirit and adaptability Proficiency in English
