Perform Incoming, In process and Final inspections as per customer requirements and relevant international codes Ensure all Master equipment and instruments used are calibrated and certified Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and Method Statements Complete Aramco-required forms such as RFI documentation Maintain daily inspection reports, NCR logs, and quality records Coordinate inspections with Aramco inspectors, third‑party agencies, and internal project teams. Attend quality meetings, toolbox talks, and project progress reviews Communicate nonconformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Participate in internal and external audit activities Support root cause analysis for quality issues and implement improvement actions
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field Further training towards NDT method with several years of experience in Oil & Gas projects. At least 3 years working on Saudi Aramco projects with strong knowledge of Aramco standards Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO standards Arabic speaking is plus English speaking is must
