Responsible for making A3, 8D, SCAP, CAPA for customer complaints To Review of documents like PFD, PFMEA, C.P, WI against corrective action taken for customer complaints & in house complaints To prepare quality documentation Analyzing In-house & customer end quality performance, Monitoring of effectiveness of Implemented actions Conducting the Process & Product Audit of line as per plan. To make the product & process quality improvement plan and ensure the implementation of actions. Monitoring of Rejection & Rework PPM & take corrective Action taken. Preparation of monthly Quality performance report. Preparation of PPAP, process Map and control plans for any new product.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.   Experience 3 to 6 years in Quality
