Description The Engineering Intern will support mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams by contributing to hands-on projects, process improvements, testing, and analysis within a manufacturing environment. This role provides practical experience working alongside engineers on real-world engineering challenges that support product development, manufacturing efficiency, and quality improvement. Responsibilities Support mechanical, electrical, and software engineering projects through hands-on involvement in design, testing, data analysis, and documentation Assist engineers with development, modification, and validation of products, components, systems, or manufacturing equipment Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions and design changes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing and Engineering to support safe and efficient execution of engineering changes Demonstrate dependability, initiative, and a willingness to learn through active participation in engineering tasks and projects

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline Enrolled at Junior or Senior level preferred Strong interest in engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, and hands-on learning in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision Familiarity with relevant tools or software such as:  Mechanical: CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) Electrical: Basic circuit concepts, schematics, or test equipment Software: Basic programming, scripting, or embedded systems concepts (language flexible) Knowledge of processes in Microsoft windows, engineering software such as Auto CAD and Solid Works Understanding of, or willingness to learn, ISO work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality systems Strong verbal and written communication skills
